What is Sekhem?
Sekhem is a powerful form of energy healing with roots in ancient Egypt, channelled through the guardianship of Goddess Sekhmet — a lioness deity of healing, transformation, and fierce love. It works on the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies to release what no longer serves and restore deep balance.
As a Sekhem practitioner, I channel this high-frequency energy through my hands, working with the body's own innate intelligence to support healing at the root level. Sessions are deeply relaxing and often profoundly transformative.
The Experience
What to expect
Before the session
We begin with a conversation about what has brought you to healing at this time — what you're experiencing, what you're hoping for, and any questions you have.
During the session
You will lie fully clothed on a comfortable treatment table while I gently place my hands on or just above your body. The healing energy works through these hand placements to support your body's natural healing response. Many people drift into a deeply relaxed state or even fall asleep — both are perfectly fine.
What you might experience
Each person's experience is unique. You may feel warmth, tingling, waves of relaxation, emotional release, or simply profound peace. Some people have visual experiences or insights. There is no right or wrong way to receive Sekhem — your body takes what it needs.
After the session
We take time to discuss your experience and any insights that arose. I may offer guidance for integration as you return to your daily life.

About Me
Meo Violetta
I am a healer passionate about supporting women on their healing journey, creating a safe space where they can delve deeply into their experiences, feel what needs to be felt, and release anything that stands between them and the life they wish to create.
My own path has been one of personal challenge and transformation. I believe I chose this journey to overcome its difficulties and become a lighthouse for others — a guiding light home to themselves. The gifts that have emerged from my experience include deep compassion and the ability to hold space for women as they explore the parts of themselves they may be avoiding.
I have enormous empathy for those in pain, as I know intimately what it feels like to suffer. Even just being a sympathetic ear to someone struggling, letting them know that I see them, I understand, and I firmly believe they can shift direction — this means everything to me.
I was initiated into being able to channel Sekhem Energy in 2019 and stepped onto the shamanic healing path in 2021, but have been on a journey of self discovery and growth since I was a teenager.
Why I Do This
In a society that will do almost anything to escape its pain, I invite you to befriend it and learn from it. Great lessons are there to be discovered, and I believe that healing this pain, feeling it, and moving through it is the key to your freedom.

Sekhmet is one of the most ancient and revered deities of the Egyptian pantheon. Her name translates as "She Who Is Powerful," and she is depicted as a lioness embodying raw, untamed power directed with divine purpose.
She is the daughter of Ra, the sun god, associated with the fierce heat of the midday sun. In ancient Egypt, she was simultaneously the goddess of war and the goddess of healing — a duality that speaks to a profound truth: the same force that destroys what is diseased is the force that makes way for healing and renewal.
Sekhmet as Protector and Healer
In the ancient Egyptian tradition, Sekhmet was worshipped as both a destroyer of illness and a fierce protector. Her priests were among the most skilled physicians and healers in the ancient world.
This dual nature — destruction and healing as two sides of the same power — lies at the heart of Sekhem energy healing. When Sekhmet's energy is channelled in a healing session, it carries the capacity to burn away what no longer serves, to cut through energetic blockages, and to create space for deep restoration.
Working With Sekhmet's Energy
Many recipients of Sekhem healing report a quality to the energy that feels distinctly different from other modalities — more direct, more intense, and deeply transformative. You do not need to believe in or have any prior knowledge of Sekhmet to benefit from a session. Her energy works regardless of belief.
